Ich habe ein ITB Syndrom. Es ist ein unterschied ob ich mit oder ohne diese Bandage laufe. Die Schmerzen kommen zwar nach einer Weile aber bei weitem kein Vergleich zu ohne Bandage.

Deshalb schreibe ich hier meine erste Amazon-Bewertung ever...Am Tag bevor ich die Bandage das erste Mal getragen habe, konnte ich keine 2 km ohne Schmerzen laufen.Bei meinem ersten Lauf mit der Bandage (st?rker angezogen) konnte ich 15 km ohne gro?artige Schmerzen laufen, 5 Tage sp?ter bin ich 35 km mit der Bandage (normal bis leicht angezogen) v?llig schmerzlos gelaufen!

Its good quality.

Its good quality. I just got it today so really havent had a chance to see the benefit. It would be nice to have instructions with it. I had to you tube the proper way to wear it.
